Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, it may take up to 5–7 days.

Shipping Method: We use dedicated air shipping lines to the USA, Canada, and most EU countries. Delivery time is typically 7–18 business days depending on the product and shipping method.

Multiple Orders: If you order multiple items, they may come from different designers and arrive in separate packages.

Customs Duties: We declare each parcel under $20 and mark it as a gift. To avoid duty fees, choose the shipping option with (Incl. TAX). Over 10,000 parcels were shipped in 2020, and 99.7% passed through customs smoothly.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (check your SPAM folder if needed). Track your parcel at 17track.net/en.
After Shipping

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team.

Lost Parcels: Less than 0.03% of parcels get lost. If this happens, we will:

If jewelry oxidizes, clean it with silver cleaning liquid or toothpaste using a soft brush, then dry with a cotton cloth.

Wear jewelry while bathing, swimming (especially in seawater), or sleeping.

Let jewelry come into contact with sulfur or harsh chemicals.

Wear multiple metal pieces together to avoid scratches, deformation, or collisions.
Payment & Other Issues

We may not always be able to accept credit card payments. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and major banks sometimes block transactions for these products.
