Before Placing Order

  • Price Comparison: It’s essential to compare prices and quality before purchasing.

  • Currencies Supported: We accept USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. You can switch currencies anytime.

  • Packaging: Most jewelry items come with a dust bag. The original branded box is not included to reduce shipping costs but can be purchased separately if required.

Placing an Order

  1. Choose your favorite items and add them to your cart.

  2. Apply any available coupons at checkout.

  3. Fill in your shipping address and email.

  4. Complete payment.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email (please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see it).


Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, it may take up to 5–7 days.

  • Shipping Method: We use dedicated air shipping lines to the USA, Canada, and most EU countries. Delivery time is typically 7–18 business days depending on the product and shipping method.

  • Multiple Orders: If you order multiple items, they may come from different designers and arrive in separate packages.

  • Customs Duties: We declare each parcel under $20 and mark it as a gift. To avoid duty fees, choose the shipping option with (Incl. TAX). Over 10,000 parcels were shipped in 2020, and 99.7% passed through customs smoothly.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (check your SPAM folder if needed). Track your parcel at 17track.net/en.


After Shipping

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team.

  • Lost Parcels: Less than 0.03% of parcels get lost. If this happens, we will:

    1. Send you a replacement immediately, or

    2. Offer you a full refund.

  • Damaged Goods: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact our customer service team with photos, and we will provide a solution within 24 hours.

  • Product Instructions: Please read the product instructions carefully before use. For any issues, our customer service team is here to help.


Product Care: Do’s & Don’ts

Do:

  • Use a soft cotton cloth or tissue to wipe off sweat and dirt after wearing.

  • Store jewelry in a dust-proof bag or transparent display box.

  • If jewelry oxidizes, clean it with silver cleaning liquid or toothpaste using a soft brush, then dry with a cotton cloth.

Don’t:

  • Wear jewelry while bathing, swimming (especially in seawater), or sleeping.

  • Let jewelry come into contact with sulfur or harsh chemicals.

  • Wear multiple metal pieces together to avoid scratches, deformation, or collisions.


Payment & Other Issues

  • We may not always be able to accept credit card payments. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and major banks sometimes block transactions for these products.

  • We frequently change payment gateways to resolve issues like blocked accounts or frozen funds.

  • You can check available payment methods at checkout.

  • Our customer service works on China Standard Time, so please consider time zone differences when waiting for replies.
